Marize Ras

Marize holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Certificate of Arts in English and Psychology from the University of Canterbury/Te Whare Wananga o Waitaha.

During her university studies, Marize volunteered at Community Law Canterbury, gaining valuable practical experience across a diverse range of legal matters. Marize also spent a semester abroad in Sweden studying international law at Stockholm University.

Marize joined Henderson Reeves in 2025 and currently works in our Civil Litigation team alongside experienced litigators. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends and relaxing with a good book.
