As Operations Manager, she oversees internal processes and supports staff across all departments. Her strong organisational skills, practical mindset, and approachable leadership style help create a supportive environment for both our team and our clients.

Jenette is passionate about building positive workplace culture and making sure the firm runs seamlessly behind the scenes so our legal team can focus on delivering exceptional service.

When she’s not at work, Jenette is busy having adventures with her four sons — most often at the beach or exploring the outdoors.
