Jack McDiarmid

Jack hails from the picturesque Tutukaka coast east of Whangārei.  He graduated from the University of Canterbury/Te Whare Wananga o Waitaha with a Bachelor of Laws in 2023 and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in May 2025.

During his university years, Jack gained practical experience as a summer clerk at Henderson Reeves, where he worked alongside experienced litigators in our Civil Litigation team.  Currently he is expanding his expertise in Commercial and Property law with our Commercial team.

Beyond his legal pursuits, Jack enjoys outdoor activities such as surfing and fishing, as well as spending quality time socialising with friends.
