Ella Bijl

Ella holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Politics and minoring in History from the University of Otago/Ōtākou Whakaihu Waka.

During her university studies, Ella gained practical experience as a summer clerk at a local Far North law firm, where she enjoyed engaging with the area’s community in a diverse range of legal matters.

Ella joined Henderson Reeves in 2026 and currently works in our Civil Litigation team alongside experienced litigators. In her free time, she enjoys running, diving, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
