Demelza Osborne

Demelza joined Henderson Reeves in 2018 and plays a key role within the firm’s administration and management team. She is responsible for maintaining and improving the firm’s business systems, with a portfolio spanning compliance, marketing, IT, and staff training.

Working closely with teams across the firm, Demelza ensures systems and processes are effective, well supported, and aligned with the firm’s operational objectives.
