Demelza Osborne

Demelza joined Henderson Reeves in 2018 and is a valued member of the firm’s management team. As Business Systems Lead, she is responsible for the development, support, and continuous improvement of the firm’s business systems, with responsibility across IT, compliance, marketing, and staff training.

Working closely with teams across the firm, Demelza ensures the firm’s systems and processes are practical, efficient, and well supported, supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the firm.
