Paul Biddle

Paul is a senior litigation lawyer with more than 10 years experience.

Prior to joining Henderson Reeves, Paul was involved in insurance disputes acting for insureds and insurers, primarily in earthquake claims in Christchurch.  He also has expertise in building disputes including leaky home building cases and construction contract disputes.

Paul has appeared in a number of Court jurisdictions up to and including the Court of Appeal.  He also has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution including negotiation, mediation, adjudication (tribunals) and arbitration.
